As a growing company, we’re looking to add an energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Administrative Support & Customer Service Representative to our team. This is a remote position, so we need someone who is comfortable working independently while staying enthusiastic about their work.
Position Overview:
The Administrative Support & Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing backend administrative tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll play a key role in our team’s success by handling important tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and providing excellent customer service.
We’re looking for someone who’s excited about contributing to the success of a fast-growing company and has experience working with software systems that help companies manage their day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Customer Service: Handle inbound customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Administrative Support: Assist with the day-to-day administrative functions, including managing schedules, invoicing, and data entry.
● Software Management: Use Housecall Pro (and other software systems) to manage appointments, create and send invoices, and keep track of customer data.
● Task Management: Prioritize daily tasks, follow up on customer issues, and ensure timely follow-through on service requests.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with the electrical team to ensure smooth coordination of jobs and help address any administrative needs that arise.
● Problem-Solving: Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving customer service issues.
Qualifications:
● Experience in Customer Service: Minimum of 1-2 years working in a customer service or administrative support role.
● Software Proficiency: Experience using Housecall Pro (or similar scheduling and invoicing software) is a plus, but not required. We are open to training the right candidate.
● Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, so professionalism and a positive attitude are key.
● Self-Motivated: Ability to manage your time and work independently with minimal supervision.
● Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in invoicing, scheduling, and customer communication.
● Remote Work Skills: Comfortable working remotely, managing your own tasks, and using digital communication tools like email, chat, and video conferencing.What We Offer:
