Position Description

Conducts training sessions for new hires and existing employees, assists in the development of training materials, and supports the overall training and documentation initiatives of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conducts training sessions for new hires and existing employees, ensuring comprehension of company policies, procedures, and job-specific tasks.

Assists in creating and updating training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.

Collaborates with department leadership to identify training needs and develop programs to address skill gaps.

Monitors the progress of trainees, gathers feedback, and make necessary adjustments to training programs.

Support the onboarding process by providing orientation sessions and answering questions from new employees.

Creates, updates, and maintains company documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Organizes and manages the document storage system, ensuring documents are easily accessible to authorized personnel.

Maintains accurate records of all training activities, including attendance, completion rates, and feedback.

Minimum Requirements:

Position requires an associate’s degree in business administration, communication, education, or a related field and four years of experience administering or processing customer information, reporting, or responding to customer inquiries. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

Position requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products; strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills; strong verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills; the ability to work independently and as part of a team; the ability to identify and solve complex problems, using independent judgement; experience in system testing and setup; proficiency with project collaboration; and the ability to analyze and organize information to prepare for instructional design.
