Your Responsibilities

  • You will provide day-to-day administrative support to marketing and sales teams, ensuring smooth coordination of activities
  • You will manage purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking with accuracy and attention to detail
  • You will coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, catering, and room setup
  • You will support shipping, packaging, and logistics for marketing materials and events
  • You will assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining organized records using Excel and internal systems
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and resolve operational needs

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 to 3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional environment. Experience in the beauty or retail industry is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional approach
  • Experience supporting marketing, retail, or consumer goods teams is an asset
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is an asset
