Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Prix Logistics LLC in Fort Worth, TX. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with executive level administrative tasks. This role will require strong organizational and clerical skills.
Qualifications
*Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills *Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills *Strong clerical skills and attention to detail *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite *Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively *Excellent time management skills *Ability to work well in a team *Relevant experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $18.00 – $21.00/hour.
