Job Summary: The Administrative Support Specialist will support sales enablement initiatives and coordinate training programs that drive sales team performance and readiness. This position will support the business development team in developing proposals/presentations, coordinating RFP responses, and ensuring all sales collateral and training are current in the Sales Enablement Platform. This role ensures our sales reps access the right tools, resources, and knowledge at the right time, improving efficiency, ramp time, and productivity.

Essential Job Function:

Sales Enablement Platform Management:

Support the daily management and upkeep of the Sales Enablement Platform, ensuring media kits, audience profiles, rate cards, case studies, and presentations are current and easy to find.
Assist in organizing and tagging content by market, brand, solution type, and campaign goal to align with the needs of the sales teams.
Perform regular audits to ensure that sales materials reflect the most recent product offerings, editorial calendars, and audience insights.
Maintain and update internal how-to guides and materials to help new and existing sales reps navigate the platform efficiently.
Provide first-line support for platform-related questions, including access issues, file uploads, and navigation assistance.
Generate basic usage and engagement reports to help track which sales tools and resources are being used most often.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Enablement leaders to ensure the timely publishing of new sales materials and the removal of outdated assets, particularly during key planning seasons and campaign launches.

RFPs and Proposals:

Manage the end-to-end process of RFP responses, including gathering information, completing spreadsheets, and formatting proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of sales reps, sales leadership, marketing, and subject matter experts to ensure accurate and compelling content.
Maintain a library of standard responses, templates, and relevant documents for quick access and efficiency.

Sales Presentations:

Create and customize sales presentations and collateral to support the sales team’s efforts.
Maintain version control and ensure consistent availability of presentation materials in the Sales Enablement Platform.
Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the value proposition.

Training and Onboarding:

Support training programs for new and existing sales team members.
Manage training logistics, including scheduling, calendar invites, surveys, and feedback collection, as needed.

Special Projects:

Lead and participate in special projects that enhance sales effectiveness and training initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, set objectives, and deliver results on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred and/or minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, training, or a related role.
Experience in managing RFPs, proposals, and creating sales presentations.
Experience working in Sales Enablement Platforms (Seismic or Highspot)
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

We are excited to share that this position will be hourly, or non-exempt, and the base pay for this position is $19.85-$20.70, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.

If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
