Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a Real Estate organization in Downtown Vancouver. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a 3 month contract, with the intention to go permanent. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday and fully on site.

Your responsibilities:

Responsible for the professional and efficient management of the day-to-day reception, administrative and operational duties including but not limited to, answering phones, reviewing and redirecting workorders, effectively maintaining the property directory for precise and real-time information; sorting and processing all incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS, including follow through on delivery. Represent the Company to internal staff, tenants, and service providers in a manner that is at all times professional, knowledgeable, tactful, poised, and efficient.

What you need to succeed:

Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred.

1-2 years office administration or front desk experience required.

Ability to exercise initiative and problem solving skills
