We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide direct support to the manager. This in-office position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping maintain an efficient and professional work environment.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the manager and team
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage scheduling
Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Greet visitors and provide general support to office guests
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
Must be punctual and dependable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
