HR Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

Location: College Grove, TN (On-site)

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

About the Role
Are you a people-oriented professional with HR administrative experience? Do you want to work in a family-friendly environment where furry, four-legged family members are often in the office? We’re looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for employees and guests, ensuring smooth operations in our office.

What You’ll Do

Answer phones and greet guests professionally.
Assist candidates with the application process and coordinate interviews with management.
Administer drug testing, complete E-Verify, and enroll employees in ADP and insurance.
Maintain office supplies and organization.
Prepare payroll by compiling and entering hours.
Support onboarding for new hires, including setting up iPads, emails, and credit cards.
Collect safety sheets, track credit card expenses, and manage filing systems.

What We’re Looking For

Required:
Proficiency in Excel and data entry skills.
Friendly, highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Preferred:
HR administrative experience.
Familiarity with ADP (a bonus, not required).
