Administrative Assistant Job in Cape Town, Western Cape at Engen –
To provide admin support and execute such that the correct bulk fuel products are scheduled for availability at the depots and scheduled for delivery to the customer by means of Order generation and fulfilment routing and scheduling, Dispatching and admin at the most cost-effective manner.

What you’ll have done before:
Baseline:
- NQF Level 4 (Matric)
- 2 years’ experience in Administrative role.
- Knowledge of scheduling process.
Advantageous:
Exciting Challenges you might face in the role
Assess Performance Tracking of the sales team.
Collaborate with various stakeholders [internal and external] to ensure that accurate data is timeously recorded
Provide support to Outbound Schedulers and contribute to the delivery enquiry of Sales plans Maintaining and updating Customer Master database.
Offer support to Customers and Depot`s
What you’ll be doing
Customer Interface and Support
- Engage and manage the day-to-day interface with internal customers and stakeholders on scheduling and service delivery needs in order to fulfil maximum customer value proposition
Data Management
- Ensure all customer data and equipment are properly registered on SAP and scheduling IT tools (e.g., products, tanks, delivery time windows and SLAs for each site, trucks weight, driver’s data, site location map).
Business Operations Support
- Provide support to ensure the smooth delivery of business operations through registering customers’ requirements, amend orders, process amendments and evaluates the desirability for scheduling changes
Query Handling
- Handle all queries (internal and external) and investigate and prevent complaints by engaging with internal customers and stakeholders on service/delivery needs.
SLA Management
- Handle all queries (internal and external) and investigate and prevent complaints by engaging with internal customers and stakeholders on service/delivery needs.
