Role Description This is an on-site, Administrative Assistant role based in Marietta, GA. The Administrative Assistant will greet clients and visitors, manage front-desk operations, and help maintain a welcoming, professional environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing client records, and handling basic correspondence. The role also involves supporting boutique and mastectomy center operations with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies. The Administrative Assistant will collaborate closely with the boutique staff to coordinate client consultations, support daily workflows, and ensure efficient, respectful service for every client.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and clerical skills, including Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing records, documentation, and daily office tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, greet clients, and provide clear, professional information.
- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance or similar roles supporting leadership or managing schedules and priorities.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets) and comfort learning new systems.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and empathy when working with clients in sensitive medical and personal situations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a small, client-focused setting.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, boutique, or spa environment is beneficial but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or customer service is a plus.
