We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, and enhancing overall office efficiency. This role is crucial in maintaining organizational effectiveness and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and inquiries through phone systems, providing excellent customer service.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Act as a personal assistant to the management team

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Experience in clerical work, including filing systems and document management.
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with physical therapy procedures or experience as a front desk receptionist is advantageous but not required.
