About Us:
Toychats is a growing digital content and product review platform. We foster an open, collaborative working environment. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting and Administrative Assistant to support both our internal bookkeeping and general office operations.

Job Responsibilities

Accounting / Finance

Record daily transactions and update internal bookkeeping records promptly
Categorize expenses and revenues into internal financial categories
Update financial reports every 2–3 days to support real-time decision-making
Prepare monthly internal spending analysis reports (e.g., product, HR, marketing)
Organize and archive receipts, invoices, and payment records
Assist the Admin Manager with financial tracking and internal reporting

Administrative Support

Manage office supplies and handle procurement
Coordinate mail, courier services, and general document handling
Assist with employee expense reports and preliminary reviews
Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding document preparation
Help coordinate meetings and maintain general office operations
Assist the Admin Manager with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles (CPA not required)
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (familiar with formulas like SUM, VLOOKUP)
Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to handle repetitive tasks accurately
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize dual roles
Positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced, small team environment
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ) is a plus
Proficiency in () is a strong plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
