CRM Lien Services is now hiring an Order Desk Specialist / Receptionist to join our growing team in Brea!

About the Position:

The Order Desk Specialist receives and processes all incoming orders and inputs the details of the order into CRM’s database. This role will support customers and prospects by answering questions and troubleshooting issues over the phone and by email. This role reports to the Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls – act as the first point of contact for customers and prospects.
Offer support over the phone and in email and be able to troubleshoot issues quickly.
Direct calls to the appropriate team members.
Receive and process all incoming customer orders efficiently that funnel in from email, the website, and other online programs.
Input data accurately into CRM’s database.
Assist in QA of legal notices to check for errors prior to serving.
Other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service experience in a similar role
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with Mac applications, Google Business Suite, Slack, and managing a large volume of email.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
