We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring smooth daily operations and will support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to senior management and the design team.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
Maintain and organize office files, both digital and physical.
Handle office correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Organize office events and maintain office supplies.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous administrative experience is preferred.
