What does a Administrative Assistant do?As our new Administrative Assistant, you can expect a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing calendars and scheduling appointments for attorneys and staff, coordinating meetings and conference calls, and preparing and proofreading documents. You will also be responsible for answering and screening phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals. In addition, you will assist with general office duties such as maintaining office supplies and equipment, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring the office is organized and presentable. Your exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be key to your success in this role.

This is a Monday to Friday position, with regular office hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm. You can anticipate a busy, yet rewarding, schedule where your ability to multitask and prioritize will be essential.
