Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the team, including organizing schedules, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings. They will also handle phone calls with professionalism and provide excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and remotely.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Clerical skills and attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience in customer service and handling phone calls

Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite)

Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus
