Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Provide exceptional customer service to families and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Support financial operations by utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing and bookkeeping tasks.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure availability.

Experience

Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Receptionist, or similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in office management software and computer applications is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is required.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
