We are a global BPO seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include answering phone calls, performing general administrative tasks, and utilizing our CRM system, specifically Power Diary.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Managing and organizing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining files and records.
Utilizing the CRM system, Power Diary, for client management, appointment scheduling, and data entry.
Assisting with various office tasks as needed
Providing administrative support to team members and executives as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, with specific experience in Power Diary preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
