Job Summary
We are looking for organized and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Office Administrator at AA Slots LLC.
Responsibilities
Facilitate day to day operations of the office.
Handle reception and clerical tasks with professional etiquette.
Manage vendor and service relations. (For example; property managers, uniform providers, shipping services, and cleaning services.)
Licensing – Filling out, submitting, and maintaining our business licenses (local, state, federal, etc.).
Document handling (producing and filling out) and recording keeping (organizing and securing).
Assist in clerical work for accounting and HR.
Occasional Event Coordination – Meetings, trade shows, and parties!
Requirements
Must be organized, prompt, and detailed.
Must be able to self-manage time and meet deadlines.
Professional communication skills.
Working computer knowledge (Email, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
Notary (preferred, but not required).

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
