SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record
with 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Possess an analytical mindset with strong organizational, and customers service skills.
Must be
proficient with MS Office being able to create spreadsheets and formulas. We welcome retires who are looking to get back into the workforce.
JOB DUTIES:
* Responsible for handling a large variety of processing-type tasks, including emailing clients for follow-ups, updating data in our system, and making phone calls to various parties to check on the status of claims, process service, and pending foreclosures.
* Will assist and help cover the front desk duties such as handling mail, scheduling pickups for Fed Ex, and greeting visitors.
* Will work in Microsoft Office

* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Dependable and reliable transportation to and from work.
