Duties:
– Greet and check-in guest, students, staff
– Schedule appointments and manage the office/training calendar
– Answer phone calls and respond to student/general inquiries
-Assist with addressing/resolving matters of escalation
– Assist with student registration and verifications
– Prepare/support Training rooms as instructed
– Assist with providing support to different departments
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree Preferred)
– Previous experience working in a structured office environment
– Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
– Proficiency in using online systems/platforms (I.E. Microsoft)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Able to work with minimum supervision
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
