We are seeking a tech-savvy Administrative Specialist to join our team, where they will provide essential support to our staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other related tasks. The successful candidate should also be able to work independently and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
We offer a flexible schedule and many opportunities to learn new professional tools and technology. You must be comfortable with spreadsheets and have attention to detail. We prefer someone convenient to our office in Gulf Breeze.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Consultant team.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Respond to emails promptly.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a system for tracking documents.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
