We are looking for an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently by providing professional and timely support to staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with appointment coordination
Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and other communications
Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Prepare documents and materials for internal meetings or presentations
The Administrative Assistant will assist in organizing company events or team activities
Handle basic data entry and maintain department records accurately
Perform general clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred, but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
The Administrative Assistant must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
Willingness to learn and support various departments as needed
