Role Overview:

Alter Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to Alter’s Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, discretion, and strong communication skills to handle both professional and personal responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and documents.
Coordinate and assist with internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
Maintain and organize confidential files, contracts, and records.

Personal Assistance:

Handle personal scheduling, errands, and household management tasks as needed.
Coordinate family and personal travel, appointments, and reservations.
Manage personal finances, bill payments, and expense tracking.
Plan and organize personal events, celebrations, and special projects.

Project & Operations Support:

Assist in planning and executing business and personal projects.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Work closely with the Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to special initiatives or strategic projects.
Support with company-related tasks such as HR coordination, event planning, or vendor management.
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Exceptional time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience coordinating high-profile events, travel arrangements, and personal tasks is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $30/hr
