Hemlock Contracting is a dynamic and growing company committed to delivering high-quality services in the construction industry. We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to join our team and support our operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with our office manager and team members to streamline our processes and ensure smooth communication with clients.

Duties

Scheduling Leads: Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for client consultations, estimates, and meetings.
Quote Preparation: Assist in preparing and sending out quotes to potential clients based on project details and pricing guidelines.
Follow-Up Emails: Send timely follow-up emails to prospects and clients, ensuring they receive the information they need and encouraging further engagement.
CRM Management: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software with new lead information, quotes, and communication history.
Client Communication: Answer phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries.
Project Coordination: Assist in tracking the progress of ongoing projects and ensuring that deadlines are met for quotes, meetings, and follow-ups.
Google Listing Updates: Regularly upload photos, reviews, and other relevant content to the company’s Google Business Profile to enhance online presence and customer engagement.

Experience

1+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, or a similar role (construction industry experience a plus).
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Proficient in using Google Workspace tools (Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and Google Business Profile management.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in schedule management to ensure optimal use of time and resources.
Experience with CRM software or project management tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
