Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. In this role, you will manage, process, and oversee day-to-day operations related to merchant cash advances (MCA) and other financial loans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MCA products, excellent accuracy, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams. No prior experience is required—we will train the right candidate.
This position is not remote. The job location is in Fort Lauderdale, 33304. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Processing: Review and process merchant cash advance applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues related to cash advances.
Data Entry & Management: Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM or relevant software systems, ensuring all financial transactions and client information are up-to-date.
Compliance: Making sure all required documents are collected and submitted to ensure submissions move through the funding pipeline.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to senior managers and executives, including chasing after documents for loan completion, following up with our sales team and organizing our database.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required; a degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite. Familiarity with CRM systems, loan management software, and financial platforms is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and managing client data.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and come up with creative solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $52,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
