Administrative Coordinator

BASIC FUNCTION:
The Administrative Coordinator is accountable for the organization’s business functions, including Bookkeping, Human Resources, and General Office Administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bookkeeping
Creation of annual budget
Monthly Budget vs. Actuals reporting and expense categorization
IRS 990 and financial audit support
Management of financial records
Accounts payable/receivable
Payroll administration
Human Resources Management
Employee benefits administration (insurance, 401K, etc)
Employee onboarding and offboarding
Employee Handbook and policy upkeep
Employee recruitment and hiring support
Administration of HR software (Bamboo) and employee records management
General Org Administration
Org insurance administration (Workers Comp, Vehicles, Building, etc)
Oversee the maintenance of Forerunner’s facilities and equipment
Digital systems administration (software admin and issued technology management)
Acts as the first point of contact for general inquiries (phone and email reception)
General errand support, stocking office supplies, etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s or experience equivalency
Demonstrated successful relevant experience the listed responsibilities of Bookkeping and HR
High degree of professionalism in handling confidential information
Digital workspace savvy; Technical skills
Enjoys detail-oriented work and organization
