Assistant to Plant Director (Foreigner) **

Mission

As part of Assistant : assist the team in all administrative tasks eg. Personnel, purchasing, IT, travel, organization of meetings.

As part of communication Support : Support Site Communication Manager to define the communication plans (internal, external, change communication) of the site(s), guarantee the performance of its deployment, the control of associated risks and the overall consistency of the communication.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Communication And Relay For Information

Support Site Communication Manager on

Define strategic communication plans for the site(s) and/or change are defined and integrated into the site(s) management

Dedicated communication and/or change actions are planned, coordinated and effective (reach and impact

Specific actions and tools defined and/or implemented promote employee engagement

Provides the information relay for the proper functioning of the entity: distributes information within the deadlines via the Manager and/or by e-mail with the appropriate distribution lists and/or ensures the update of the bulletin board when necessary.

Distributes Entity and Group information notes.

Updates the various lists (distribution lists, organizational charts…).

Assistantship To The Team

Manages all team members requests within the deadlines and according to priorities, redirects if necessary (eg support for professional trips and expenses, various troubleshooting, on-site access or badged sector …)

Manages the Personnel administration: recordings and specific tasks within the deadlines (other than vacation absenteeism, medical visits, mutation forms, mandatory trainings, newcomer welcome, departures, etc.)

Manages computer accesses at arrival and departure of team members (material and various network accesses).

Organizes recurring meetings of the entity (planning and logistics) and other meetings on request from team members (optional): respects the organization deadlines, the timing and books meeting rooms accordingly, sends invitations to participants, forwards the agenda and venue.

Purchase Management Of The Entity

Manages purchasing (orders and purchase orders) for the entity through systems according to the needs and specific requests.

Manages purchase orders and forwards invoices without order to external service.

Applies Purchase rules and educates the team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.

2-3 years experience in Assistant or Administrative role

Excellent in communication, coordination and interpersonal skill

Thai native speaker and fluent in English

Strong ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to detail is required
