Administrative Assistant Jobs in Lothian, MD at ManTech
Qualified applicant must have minimum of high school diploma or GED. Post-secondary education is preferred.
The successful candidate will serve as support for the front office. Must have strong phone and customer service skills. The successful candidate will be working with students and the public on a daily basis, greeting and directing people as they come into the office along with answering the phones. This position also requires proficiency with using technology and multiple computer programs.
This is a full-time, 180-day position with insurance and retirement benefits.
Pay rate will be determined by education completed, comparable work experience, and placement on the Hourly Classified Salary Schedule. For applicants with less than a 2-year degree (or coursework equivalent), the appropriate grade is Grade 1, and starts at $14.05 per hour. For those with at least a 2-year degree (or coursework equivalent), the appropriate grade is Grade 3, and starts at $14.36 per hour.
