Key responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Manage incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for team members.

Maintain and update calendars to ensure accuracy.

Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.

Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.

Assist in making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights and accommodations.

Prepare travel itineraries and coordinate logistics.

Prepare meeting rooms, including arranging equipment and refreshments.

Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute notes as needed.

Monitor and replenish office supplies, placing orders as necessary.

Maintain inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.

Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems.

Assist in data collection and analysis as required.

Skills and competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Qualifications:

+4 years experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook).
