Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires proficiency in office software and strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Duties

Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.
Provide customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support various administrative projects as assigned by management.
Odyssey filing system experience preferred but not required.

Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems is advantageous.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
