We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and presentable at all times.
Handle clerical duties such as typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record keeping as needed.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the office operations.
Requirements
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading documents.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with personal assistant duties is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
