We are seeking a highly capable and dependable assistant to support our owner, Mark Bowler, in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This is not your average assistant position—this role requires someone who is exceptionally skilled in technology, communication, organization, and multitasking. You’ll work directly with Mark, serving as his right hand and trusted partner in managing day-to-day operations and high-level priorities.

Provide high-level administrative support to Mark, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day logistics.
Serve as a point of contact between Mark and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
Manage emails, calls, and information flow with discretion and urgency.
Anticipate needs and proactively offer solutions.
Assist in maintaining structure, focus, and organization in a fast-moving work environment.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
