Firm: Linville Law Group – Mass Tort Law Firm – Linville Law Group is a growing mass tort law firm based in Sandy Springs, GA, seeking an AdministrativeAssistant to join our dynamic, in-office team. This is a client-facing, administrative role ideal for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about supporting individuals navigating legal matters.
What You’ll Do:
Mail Management
Prepare and send outgoing mail
Assist with sorting and distributing incoming mail
Client Interaction & Communications
Answer and route incoming calls professionally
Provide case status updates and confirm client details
Maintain and update client demographics in our systems
Administrative & Team Support
Support incoming records and requests during days of high volume
Assist with data entry and follow-up tasks
Contribute to a smooth and efficient office environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in administrative, client service, or legal office roles (preferred)
Excellent phone and communication skills
Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
Comfortable with multitasking and using office software
Must possess critical thinking skills and strong writing skills, the willingness to learn new material regularly, the ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks, and the ability to work alone or in a team environment
Friendly, empathetic, and client-service-minded
Experience in personal injury or medical background is preferred, but NOT required. This is a full-time position with work hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST, in Atlanta, GA. In this position, you will be required to work in the office to assist with mail processing and office administration.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Adherence to maintaining confidentiality
Advanced capabilities with keyboard shortcuts and typing skills
Strong organizational and document editing skills (Excel, Word, Adobe, G Suite)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by organizing and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive tasks daily
Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in personal injury law or in a medical-related field
