Overview:
We are seeking a Director of First Impressions to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for visitors and callers.

Duties:
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
– Manage the company’s main phone line and transfer calls as needed
– Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
– Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
– Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Requirements:
– Proficiency in phone systems and office equipment
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Experience in office management or as a personal assistant is a plus
– Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes
– Ability to type efficiently and accurately
– Experience in project coordination, file clerk duties, and data entry

Monday to Friday
No weekends
