Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. As an Administrative Assistant at American Spray-On Corp., you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This includes handling phone calls, managing schedules, organizing files, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting with various clerical tasks. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the executive team on special projects.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Experience providing executive administrative assistance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of construction industry terminology and processes is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are preferred
