We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Professional to join our front desk team. If you’re organized, personable, and excited to support music education, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Summary
As a key part of our front desk operations, you will be the first point of contact for students, families, and staff. This role involves a variety of administrative duties, customer service interactions, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously
Schedule lessons and manage appointment calendars
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Use office software and CRM tools to manage student records and communications
Assist with billing, payments, and administrative tasks
Communicate effectively with instructors and staff
Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
Support the overall daily operations of the school

Requirements

Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Friendly, professional demeanor and appearance
Reliable and punctual
High school diploma or equivalent
Some sales experience is a plus.
