About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Assist with personal tasks, including errands and event planning.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and maintain files, records, and important documents.
Handle special projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
Ability to work independently and anticipate the CEO’s needs.
Flexibility with work hours, including occasional weekends or travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
