Duties

Provide administrative support by managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel using effective phone systems.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Utilize Google Suite applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment to facilitate smooth operations.
Support medical or dental reception tasks as required, ensuring patient confidentiality and comfort.

Experience

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficiency in computer systems and software applications is essential; experience with Google Suite is highly desirable.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
