Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Assist with office supply inventory and procurement.
Support HR and accounting functions, such as processing invoices and maintaining employee records.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
