We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, highly confidential person to join our community as an Administrative Assistant on the Executive Team. You will report to the Executive Assistant and work closely with our CEO and other Executive Leaders.

If you are someone who can operate at a high level professionally, as well as have the ability to handle multiple tasks, this position is for you.

As a part of your role, you will be supporting our CEO and Executive Assistant’s daily administrative needs. You will coordinate meetings, handle phone calls and guests, update, create, and proofread documents, take email dictation, monitor emails, maintain reminders, prepare monthly reports, and perform other tasks as needed.

The position requires a person who enjoys and is able to learn new technology and processes. We are looking for someone with a high sense of urgency, is extremely respectful of confidentiality, and someone who can handle a high volume of work while maintaining quality and professionalism. If you are proficient with the Microsoft Suite, have excellent typing and grammar skills, and are professional and comfortable with interacting with executives and peers, you will thrive in this role.

You will work five hours per day, most commonly from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, while being flexible to work a varied shift with notice to assist with coverage when team members are out of the office. These hours may fall between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. This is an onsite position in our Wayne, PA office.
