Located in Toronto, we cater to smaller groups, seeking a motor yacht experience. We offer a wide variety of cruises on our luxurious yachts. Our cruises range from corporate events, anniversary celebrations, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette, evening lights cruise.
Job Duties:
Handle multi-line telephones, screening and directing calls appropriately;
Taking calls and bookings on our social media platforms and via email, Working closely with customers and members, Replying to emails.
Keeping track of office supplies, promotional materials, company apparel, etc.
Ability to complete clerical duties independently, including mailing, typing, scanning, photocopying, faxing, filing, etc.
Assist with Sales and Marketing as needed; Manage confidential and/or time-sensitive material. Follow up on leads generated through social media.
Qualifications:
Proven communication skills (verbal and written) in French and English is mandatory.
Must be living in the Toronto area.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good grammar
Reliable transportation
Comfortable interacting with customers on a constant basis
Must be capable of working independently as well as in a team with high attention.
A strong understanding of customer service and willingness to go above and beyond.
Ability to develop relationships and a sense of teamwork.
Make sure the work environment is safe.
Schedule:
10-12 hour shift
Evening shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Front desk: 3 years (preferred)
Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 2024-06-01
