You will work closely with our leadership to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and excellent administrative support. Position: Real Estate Administrative Assistant
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Iris Bay, Business Bay
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily schedules including internal meetings, conference calls involving multiple time zones, setting video conferences, and client meetings.
Coordinate travel schedules, both domestic and international, preparing a detailed itinerary prior to departure.
Serve as a central point of contact for administrative inquiries.
Draft PowerPoint presentations and other business documents.
Represent the organization and leaders to internal and external parties as required.
Assist with other duties such as file maintenance, photocopying, scanning, mailings, troubleshooting, and meeting planning.
Handle calls for the senior leaders, working with other support staff to ensure phone coverage during breaks and other periods of absence.
Support other colleagues when possible, providing timely answers to requests.
Assist with office management duties as needed.
Stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Assist with the preparation of legal documents, reports, and presentations
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field
· 2+ years of experience as an Executive or Admin Assistant
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building rapport
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
· Candidates with a REAL ESTATE background are preferred.
