Executive Assistant

Southern Telecom is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide elevated support to our executive leadership team. This role demands exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs and operate with a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of relevant experience supporting senior executives in dynamic, high-growth environments and will be instrumental in enhancing executive productivity, decision-making, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, demonstrating sound judgment and utmost discretion in handling sensitive matters.
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal/external meetings, resolving conflicts, and preparing meeting materials.
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
Lead the preparation of executive-level documents and deliverables, including presentations, briefing materials, and high-impact correspondence.
Act as a strategic partner in leadership meetings: attend and contribute to key discussions, capture action items, and track follow-through on priorities.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners on behalf of executives.
Oversee select personal and business-related matters for executives, including high-value real estate and asset management.
Manage relationships with property management vendors, contractors, and legal/finance teams.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, timelines, and operational requirements related to executive assets.
Partner with Finance to manage payments, reporting, and budgeting related to executive operations.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, implement tools, and improve internal processes across executive functions.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree required; preferred concentration in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or Operations.
3–8+ years of experience in Executive Assistant roles supporting C-suite executives.
Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and handle high-priority tasks with urgency.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft high-quality documents and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proven experience in handling confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
Fluency in Hebrew is highly preferred.
Background in real estate or asset/property management is a strong plus.
Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Excel dashboards, charts, or business reporting tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
