Administrative Assistant needed!
We are looking for a sharp, detailed oriented individual to provide secretarial and administrative support in our real estate office.
Responsibilities may include:
Answering calls
Managing calendars
Maintaining a clean & organized office
Supporting other staff for quality assurance
Customer relations
Event arrangements
Preparing reports
We are looking for someone who, is dependable, able to keep up in a fast paced environment and would go above and beyond to help their team.
This position calls for a bold personality, with great computer and people skills.
This is a full time, entry level position.
Work hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm
Wage is negotiable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
