We are looking for an entry-level Sales Administrative Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations, with a strong focus on data entry and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organized, who is looking to start their career in sales support and operations. Your contributions will ensure smooth sales processes and efficient customer service.
Primary responsibilities include:
Answer incoming calls/leads in a timely manner
Respond to customer emails and phone calls in regard to handling incoming leads, issues, and other inquiries
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads within our CRM.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including assisting with incoming calls, sales leads, the Trade Up Program and the Love Encore Deliveries.
Support the sales team with other administrative responsibilities; taking a traded used car through the process and getting it retail ready, schedule drivers to dealer swaps, prepare paperwork for Auction Cars and dealer swaps.
Contribute to the ‘team’ and possess the responsibility to take on an ever-changing list of tasks as they arise
