Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
– Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
– Coordinate projects as assigned by management
– Manage office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
– Utilize computer systems for scheduling appointments and maintaining records
– Assist with medical office procedures if required
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
