Office Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Hybrid)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly, and supporting the team with day-to-day operations. The role includes responsibilities such as filing, organizing, handling mail and banking tasks, and assisting with office needs as requested.
Key Responsibilities:
Filing and Organizing: Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to documents.
Mail Handling: Pick up the mail at the post office daily and ensure timely distribution to the appropriate team members.
Bank Deposits: Make regular deposits at the bank, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
Permit Paperwork: Drop off necessary permit paperwork at the required locations as requested.
Office Organization: Keep the office tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Answering Phones: Periodically answer office phones when necessary, directing calls and taking messages as appropriate.
Additional Tasks: Assist with any other administrative duties or tasks that may arise, as requested by owner or other office staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in basic office equipment (phone, copier, fax, etc.).
Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
Comfortable with occasional tasks outside of typical office duties (e.g., running errands, making deposits).
Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
Part-time, 3 days a week, 9am-1pm.
Occasional errands and tasks outside the office (e.g., visiting the post office, bank).
Ability to work independently and be flexible with daily responsibilities.
