Cardinal Honda is looking for a friendly, professional service assistant/front-desk receptionist to greet our customers with a smile. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contract for many customers. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, has attention to detail, and has experience in a customer-friendly environment.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Service appointment follow-up phone calls
Answer incoming service calls/setting appointments
Direct incoming calls to the appropriate person in a timely and professional manner
Handle any monies that come in from the sales department
Variety of light clerical duties (if needed)
Weekday schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am-5pm with alternating Friday and Saturday 8am-5pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 – $36,000.00 per year
