We’re a growing real estate company looking for an Administrative All-Star to manage the front desk, support our agents, and help keep the office running like a well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities

Office Operations & Management

Front desk coverage: greeting agents, clients, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
Managing office supplies, schedules, and day-to-day office logistics
Light janitorial tasks to keep the space presentable and welcoming

Agent & Manager Support

Providing administrative support to agents and the sales manager
Helping onboard new agents and supporting training events or team meetings
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, classes, and community events

Tech & Marketing Assistance

Working within our proprietary CRM and real estate platforms (training provided)
Managing email communications and document systems (Office 365, Gmail)
Assisting with social media content, simple graphic design (Canva a plus!)
Keeping agent bios and listings updated on the company website

Requirements

A positive, proactive attitude – you take initiative and find ways to help
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities with grace and accuracy
Comfortable with learning new software and systems quickly
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of email platforms, cloud storage, social media, and basic office tools
Experience with Canva or photo editing is a plus
Strong communication skills and a welcoming, service-minded personality
Willingness to pitch in on anything – from event planning to tidying the breakroom

Bonus if you have:

Real estate experience or an interest in the industry
Experience supporting a sales team or running office operations
Knowledge of platforms like SkySlope, MoxiWorks, BrokerSumo, or similar

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
