Family owned and operated, Boulder based property management office, is needing an Executive Assistant F/T, M-F, extra hrs. and some Saturdays required during busy seasons, busy office, salaried position, some benefits, salary will be based on experience. Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Prepare and edit and proof correspondence and reports
Conduct research and gather information for projects and reports
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Experience with marketing and social media
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Knowledge of and/or willing to learn Appfolio property manager
Willing to help with showing rentals, placing signs, posting notices etc…
Professional attitude and appearance
Reliable vehicle
Ability to work in a team environment
Some Saturdays will be required; mostly in July and August
